Welcome to Robson Ranch! Since you are reading this website, I assume that you are interested in joining the Women’s Golf Association and we are so glad!
Our association was chartered in June 2003 to promote the advancement and enjoyment of golf and good sportsmanship here at Wildhorse Golf Club. We have over 140 ladies who are members. Our weekly play day is Tuesday and most ladies follow up their round with lunch together in the Grill. It is a great way to meet people and make friends.
We offer various special games and tournaments to enhance your play. Our tournament schedule includes the Club Championship, The Robson Cub, Silver Cup, our popular Hoofs N’ Heels Invitational, Eclectic (Ringer) tournament, and our annual Match Play Tournament.
Our annual fee is a modest $80 which covers the GHIN fee of $28 (allowing you to participate in the Texas Golf Association GHIN handicap system) and our annual Christmas Party. For an additional $5.00 you can participate in the Hole-In-One, this money is split between individuals that make a Hole-in-One during the year. If only one person gets a Hole-in-One she will receive the money in the pot. If nobody gets a Hole-in-One the money is carried over to the next year. The Hole-in-One must be witnessed by WGA members but not necessarily on a Tuesday Play Day.
If you have already joined the WLN Golf Association (9-Hole Lady Niners) you only need to pay the difference between the RRWGA Dues and the GHIN Amount as this was already paid when you joined the WLN.
If you are ready to join, simply fill out the Membership Application, attach your check, and place it in the RRWGA black box located below the bulletin board in the Pro Shop. Membership Applications can be found in the Pro Shop and in the kiosk by the reception desk in the Clubhouse. Membership Applications can also be downloaded by going to rrwga.weebly.com or on this website. If you would like to join us as a guest, please contact our Tuesday Play Day Chair, Staci Brown or Yvonne Callaway. Feel free to contact our Membership Chair Donna Phillips, and she will let you know more about our organization.
Come be a part of the Robson Ranch life…with the Robson Ranch Women’s Golf Association.
